Golf Conditioning with Titleist Performance Institute

While everyone is working on their swing, and trying to get their mechanics just right, you can be improving your game through better fitness.

Titleist Performance Institute (TPI)

Work with a certified Titleist Performance Institute trainer who has spent their whole career focused specifically on Golf. Ben Pignone works at Harmon Golf and Fitness just south of Boston. Work on stretches, strength training and conditioning exercises that will get you ready to lower your handicap on the course.

“In one month working with Ben, I’ve seen a massive improvement in my core strength. For a while, I was too reliant on my back. Since working with Ben, I’ve learned to engage my core, which I credit for adding 15 yards to each of my irons. I’ve also seen a measurable improvement in swing speed with the SuperSpeedSticks. I went from 119 mph to 130 mph.”
