Golf requires length, flexibility, strength, focus, and mental strength. These are the same disciplines and characteristics that you improve through yoga. To me, golf and yoga go hand in hand. My best year of golf was when I was waking up every morning and doing yoga.

Be Flexible

Golf requires flexibility so you can have a nice fluid swing. One of the keys that I have focused on over the last couple of years is feeling fluid during my swing thoughts before swinging.

Core Strength

Yoga focuses on core strength, which is where all of your power comes from in golf. Yoga is a fantastic place to build this core strength.

Mental & Breathing.

Yoga forces good breathing habits which will help you in clutch situations when you’re playing in tournaments, with colleagues and with friends.
